My husband has had a severe stroke and lives at home. For about 2 years he has been visited weekly by Katie Dutson of East Devon Home Physio. She enables him to maintain such movement as he has and is very good at encouraging him to go further with different ideas to try. Her visits are the highlight of the week, especially her sense of humour. We have many laughs which are so therapeutic. I highly recommend Katie. It is such a relief to have home visits.

This is a reference for East Devon Home Physio. My wife was suffering from very limited mobility and lack of energy. We had been on the NHS waiting list for a long time, things were getting worse so we took the decision to go privately. I checked out the going rates and they were in line with others. We dealt with Louise and from day one she made a huge difference. Because she came to us she could see exactly the problems we were having and because of her experience she could see which muscles needed working on. She came up with a tailor made set of exercises and gave us lots of tips on how to get up from a chair / bed more easily, walking advice and more. Over a period of around 6 visits we were able to go it alone and could do things that just were not possible before. Louise has always been not only excellent at her job but full of encouragement, always very professional, on time and happily positive. We aren’t rich but I don’t begrudge a single penny of the fees, it was so worthwhile and we couldn’t have done it without her help.
