What to expect
It is important that we get a thorough understanding of your problem, you and your circumstances so we will take a detailed history prior to carrying out a full physical assessment. More than likely we will need to examine you so you may need to wear suitable clothing.
Once this has been done we will discuss our findings with you and provide you with a treatment plan and relevant exercises/advice.

Frequently asked questions
First assessment takes an hour. From then on appointments are 45 mins long. If you require an hour appointment we can arrange that. Louise and Katie are very aware that many of our patients tire quickly and we will tailor our treatments to their individual need.
The cost given is for appointments within a ten mile radius of our home base (Exmouth). We are happy to travel further to see you and will discuss with you an additional cost for the extra time and travel.
No. We are qualified to assess the nature of your problem then plan and implement physiotherapy to aid recovery. If you need to see your GP we will advise you at your initial assessment.
Payment can be made with a cheque, cash or by bank transfer. We will discuss how / when you would prefer to pay when you book your first appointment. Katie and Lou tend not to let more than 2 weeks pass before asking for payment.
Cancellation within 24hours of the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of £25.
We often have carers and relatives present and encourage “an extra pair of ears” to ensure advice and treatment given is understood.
