Because she came to us she could see exactly the problems we were having and because of her experience she could see which muscles needed working on. She came up with a tailor made set of exercises and gave us lots of tips on how to get up from a chair / bed more easily, walking advice and more. Over a period of around 6 visits we were able to go it alone and could do things that just were not possible before. Louise has always been not only excellent at her job but full of encouragement, always very professional, on time and happily positive.
